Through this certification, I learned how to develop an effective social media strategy, gained an understanding of social media listening and monitoring, as well as how to use social media to build one-to-one relationships. In addition to this, there are four social media key performance indicators (KPIs) that are important to analyze which include reach, engagement, return on investment (ROI), and retention and loyalty. Analyzing your social media content will help you develop new benchmarks and KPIs, determine the best types of content for the right channels and at the right times, identify opportunities to better engage with customers, adjust budgets and calculate ROI, and identify resource changes to boost social media efforts.

Through this course, I learned more about data analysis, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio. This course also showed me that by having a deeper understanding of consumer behavior and emerging trends, it will help to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Segmentation is a significant aspect of an email marketing strategy. Successful call to actions in an email include having clear and compelling copy, urgency, personalization, intentional design, strategic placement, and relevance. A/B testing can help improve open and click-through rates, increase conversions and revenue, as well as identify best practices. Analyzing open, click-through, bounce, unsubscribe, and conversion rates can help improve your email marketing efforts.

Excel Essential Training (Microsoft 365)

This course taught me how to effectively manage and analyze data. I was able to expand my knowledge on using functions to perform calculations as well as using different features to format, sort, and filter data. I also learned how to work with multiple worksheets and how to build charts and Pivot Tables.

Content Marketing Certification

Storytelling helps to create alignment between your business and your customers. Some best practices in storytelling include using conflict to create emotional appeal, being consistent and authentic, and keeping the story clear and concise. The five steps for building a content creation framework include conceptualizing content, planning a timeline, creating a workflow, reviewing and editing, and organizing and storing content. Analyzing important metrics can help improve future content.
